Animals in the back yard

For the past few weeks we have been seeing rabbits in our back yard.
The other day my wife and I were siiting out there chit chatting and out of the corner of my eye I see a humming bird, it was awsome to see.

Never did I imagine I would ever get to see a humming bird in person. Well today I saw another one, maybe the same one! Who knows?! Twice in 3 days I feel very lucky.

So earlier my wife is out in the yard and calls me out to come see this bird that is walking along the fence. Looked to me like it could of been a chicken hawk but I am not a bird expert so I can not be sure.

here are a couple pictures

If there is anybody who can tell me what kind of bird this is please leave a comment.

The closest I could come was a Northern Bobwhite based on info from whatbird.com:

Although the given drawing shows tufts on the head, it's hard to say with 22 different Bobwhite species. I believe the drawing is of a male, so I am not to sure what the female looks like.
